试论当前高校院(部)资料室的功能与定位

【摘要】 在信息技术快速发展和高教改革不断深化的今天,我们需要对高校院(部)资料室的功能和定位有正确的认识,指出了只有正确认识资料室的功能与优势,对资料室进行正确定位,才能充分发挥资料室的作用。

【Abstract】 Along with the rapid development of IT and the deepening reform of higher education,we should have a correct understanding of the function and position of the department reference rooms in university.The paper has pointed out that only when we have a correct understanding of the functions and positions of department reference rooms,can we make full use of the reference rooms.
