【摘要】 目的观察孟鲁司特钠对老年哮喘患者肺功能的影响。方法将80例非急性发作期老年哮喘患者随机分为2组,各40例。实验组、对照组分别应用孟鲁司特钠、富马酸酮替酚治疗。出现哮喘急性加重时,均给予糖皮质激素、β2受体激动剂及必要的抗感染等强化治疗。结果治疗10周后,实验组多项哮喘控制指标及肺功能指标明显改善,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠治疗老年哮喘临床控制率较高,可改善肺功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of montelukast on lung function of elderly patients with bronchial asthma.Methods 80 elderly patients with bronchial asthma in non-acute episode phase were randomly divided into 2 groups.Patients of treatment group and control group were treated with montelukast and ketotifen respectively.All cases were treated by intensification therapy(including glucocorticoids,β2 agonists and some necessary anti-infection) during acute exacerbation.Results After 10 weeks,indices of asthma control and lung function of treatment group were better,and there were significant differences between indices of two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion The asthma control rate of montelukast was higher,and the lung function of elderly patients with bronchial asthma could be ameliorated by the drug.更多还原
