轴承保持架超塑成形中的损伤模拟
Damage Simulation in Bearing Cage Super-plastic Forming Process
【摘要】 利用有限元法对轴承保持架在不同润滑条件下的超塑成形进行了数值模拟,分析了摩擦因数对损伤程度的影响并预测出裂纹萌生的部位,为保持架成形的工艺参数设置和质量控制提供依据。
【Abstract】 The super-plastic forming processes of bearing cage in varietyies of lubrication conditions were simulated with finite element method.Effect of different friction coefficients on the degree of damage was analyzed,and the position where cracks begun to take place was predicted,which offered help to process parameters establishment and quality control.
