地源热泵散粮低温仓工程冷却水系统的设计

【摘要】 低温储粮技术是粮食绿色储藏的长远趋势,其运行的经济性是低温仓设计的重要技术指标。地(水)源热泵技术作为一种利用土壤、地下水或浅表水为天然低温低位热能资源的新型空调技术,结合粮食低温储藏的特殊要求,正被运用到节能型粮食低温仓工程的设计中。地源热泵与常规空调系统的区别主要在于冷却水系统的设计,直接关系到运行效率和节能水平。采用开放式水源热泵系统组合过滤装置解决了冷却水源的水质控制问题,使系统获得了良好的运行经济性和可靠性。

【Abstract】 Cold storage technology is believed to be a promising trend for grain safety storage and its operational economical efficiency is an important technical index for design of clod storehouse.The ground(water) source heat pump technology is a new conditioning technology to take the soil,underground water or shallow surface water as natural cold low grade heat energy resource,and also integrated with special technology for grain cold storage,which is applied to the design for energy-saving type grain clod storage now.The design of cooling water system of GSHP is mainly different from that of conventional HVAC system,which is related directly with operating efficiency and energy saving.Open-type water source heat pump system combined with filtration devices is applied to carry out the control of the cooling water source quality,which meets the requirements of economical efficiency and reliability of system.
