【摘要】 目的:观察"消银颗粒"治疗血虚风燥型白疕的疗效及探讨其作用机制。方法:随机将120例白疕患者分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组内服"消银颗粒"治疗,对照组内服迪银片;检测患者治疗前后肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的水平,并和正常对照组比较。两组均以1个月为1个疗程,2个疗程后进行疗效判定。结果:治疗组60例基本痊愈37例,显效11例,有效7例,无效5例,对照组60例基本痊愈24例,显效13例,有效8例,无效15例,治疗组基本痊愈率及总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后TNF-α较治疗前降低,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:"消银颗粒"是一种治疗银屑病的有效方法,可能通过降低患者血清TNF-α水平起作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of Xiaoyin Granules treatment on Baibi of blood asthenia and wind-dry,and reseach active mechanism.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with Baibi were randomly divided into two groups,treated with single blind method.The treatment group were treated by Xiaoyin Granules;and the control group by Diyin tablets;detect the serum levels of TNF-α in the patients with psoriasis at treatment beginning and end,and compare with the normal control group.One courses of the treatment is one month,After two course of the treatment decide the healing effect.Result:60 cases in the test group,37 cases were cured,11 cases markedly effective,7 cases effective,5 cases ineffective,60 cases in the control group,24 cases were cured,13 cases markedly effective,8 cases effective,15 cases ineffective,with significant difference between the two groups in total effective rate(P<0.05).The TNF-α in the two groups after treatment decreased,and the test group is superior the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:This study indicated that Xiaoyin Granules is a effective method for psoriasis,and it can play a role through reducing the serum levels of TNF-α in the patients with psoriasis.更多还原
