【摘要】 介绍了一套自行设计的汽车空调压缩机自动测试系统。该系统基于西门子SIMATICS7-300PLC,能自动完成汽车空调压缩机的各项性能测试。本文包括该系统的基本特性、装置、控制流程和PLC软、硬件的设计。实践证明,该系统能大大提高汽车空调压缩机的测试速度。

【Abstract】 This paper presented a self-design test system of auto air-condition compressor.The system,based on SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-300 PLC,could complete all testing items automatically.Its basic characteristics,equipments,control flow and PLC hardware and software design were introduced.Practice proved that this system can improve the testing rate remarkably.
