【摘要】 目的:探讨艾司西酞普兰治疗抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法:将63名抑郁症患者随机分为两组,分别给予艾司西酞普兰和马普替林治疗,疗程6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、临床疗效总评量表病情严重程度(CGI-SI)、治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定疗效及不良反应。结果:艾司西酞普兰与马普替林治疗抑郁症疗效相当,但艾司西酞普兰起效更快,不良反应更少。结论:艾司西酞普兰治疗抑郁症安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To detect the efficacy and side effects of escitalopram in the treatment of depresssion.Method:63 patients with depression were divided into escitalopram group or maprotiline group respectively for 6 weeks.Hamilton depressive scale(HAMD),clinical global impression severity of illness(CGI-SI)and treatment emergant symptom scale(TESS)were used to evaluate the efficacy and side effects before and after the treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in the efficacy between these two groups.Escitalopram took effect more quickly and less side effects than maprotiline.Conclusion:Escitalopram is a safe and effective antidepressant.更多还原
