【摘要】 目的了解吸毒的肺结核患者的临床特点,探讨吸毒对肺结核病情的影响。方法对46例吸毒的肺结核病(吸毒组)与同期46例非吸毒肺结核病患者(对照组)的临床资料进行数理分析。结果吸毒组临床症状重,肺部病变率重,痰菌阳性率高,PPD阳性率低,规则治疗率低、治愈率低。结论吸毒性加重肺结核病情,治疗依从低、疗效差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical characteristic of drug-abuse pulmonary tuberculosis patients, and to delve the condition influence of taking drugs of the pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Clinical data of 46 drug-abuses TB patients (drug group) were analyzed and compared to another group of 46 TB patients with no drug-abuse records. (comparison group). Results In comparison to the comparison group, the drug group showed more severe clinical symptoms, more changes in pathology in affected lung areas, higher rate of sputum smear-positive, higher rate of PPD, lower rate of regular treatment effect and of treatment efficacy. Conclusion Drug abuse worsens the TB, makes the treatment more difficult and thus had a low treatment effect.更多还原
