【摘要】 目的分析河北省急诊伤害发生情况、分布特征及变化趋势,为制定相关政策、评价伤害干预效果提供科学依据。方法资料来源于秦皇岛市、藁城市城乡共6家不同级别伤害监测哨点医院急诊科。对2007年1~12月首次就诊于哨点医院的伤害监测数据进行分析。结果共收集21 875例伤害病例,男性多于女性,男、女性别比为2.24∶1;前5位伤害原因是机动车事故、跌倒/坠落、钝器伤、刀/锐器伤和非机动车事故,各占26.8%、22.5%、22.1%、9.6%和9.2%;年龄集中在22~44岁;农村、城市的伤害在9~12月、6~9月有一定的集中趋势;伤害发生意图以非故意伤害为主;多为轻度伤害;受伤部位以头部为主。结论河北省2007年居民伤害以机动车事故、跌倒/坠落、钝器伤和刀/锐器伤为主,青壮年是高发人群,应加强伤害的预防控制工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the constituent ratio and the levels of the injuries in hospital emergency departents in Hebei province for scientific theoretical basis in drawing up effective prevention measures.Methods Data from the emergency departments of six hospitals at different levels of the injury surveillance in Qinhuangdao City and Gaocheng City were used.All the injuried patients who first visited to hospitals from Jan 1 2007 to Dec 31 2007 were investigated.Results 21 875 cases were collected.Male victims suffered more injuries than female victims did.The ratio of male to female was 2.24∶1.The leading five injuries causations were traffic injury by motor vehicles,fall,stuck/hit by person or object,stab or cut and traffic injury by nonmotor vehicles,which accounted for 26.8%,22.5%,22.1%,9.6%,9.2% respectively.Most victims were 20-44 years old.The occurring time of injury had the trend of concentration on Sept to Dec(Gaocheng City) and Jun to Sept(Qinhuangdao City).Most injuries were caused unintentionally.Most victims were slight injuries.The most common injuried position was the head.Conclusion The major injuries in Hebei province are the traffic injury by motor vehicles,fall,stuck/hit by person or object and stab or cut in 2007.The main populations are youth and adult people.It implicates that the measures should be strengthened to prevent and control injuries.更多还原
