【摘要】 目的探讨左房粘液瘤的诊治及疗效.方法51例左房粘液瘤,在体外循环下行粘液瘤摘除,2例同时行三尖瓣成形.结果死亡2例,死亡率3.9%;术后并发血管拴塞4例,出现中度二尖瓣关闭不全1例,2 a后原位复发1例.结论左房粘液瘤一经确诊应立即手术.超声心动图是左房粘液瘤简单、可靠的诊断方法.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnosis and the effect of surgical treatment of left atrial myxoma.Methods 51 cases of left atrial myxoma were treated surgically.All patients underwent excision of myxoma under cardiopulmonary bypass.Tricupid valve valvuloplasty was performed in 2 patients.Results The hospital mortality was 3.9%(2/51).Postoprative complications were seen in 5 cases(4 arfery embolism,1 mitral incompetence).There was one postoperative recurrence after two years.Conclusions Once the diagnosis of left atrial myxoma is established,it is best to operate as soon as possible.Surgical resection is the only effective therapeutic option.Echocardiography is the simplest and the most convenient method to confirm the diagnosis.更多还原
