云南省数控技能人才状况分析及对策

【摘要】 对云南省目前的数控技能人才状况进行了比较分析,提出了解决数控高技能人才数量不足、提高水平和稳定人才的基本措施。

【Abstract】 This article makes a comparative analysis of the current situation of numerical control skilled talents in yunnan,and proposes the basic measures to the problems of lacking the quantities of numerical control skilled talents,improves their quality,and stabilizes these talents.
