网络环境下的图书馆员素质建设
The Quality Construction of Librarians under the Network Environment
【摘要】 论述了我国网络环境的发展现状及其对图书馆的影响,提出网络环境下图书馆员应具备的素质及提高素质的措施。
【Abstract】 This paper discusses the present development of network environment in our country and its influences on the library,and puts forward the qualities that the librarians should possess and the measures for improving the qualities of the librarians.
