【Abstract】 Base on the introduction of new design demands,and the pressure taken by the international design corperations recent years,the challenge and opportuniy faced by the large national design enterprisies was described.With this background,the main theory of BLM and BIM was introduced,and the typical "five steps" with which all these theories could be used well in the architectual design process was anylized.更多还原
