【摘要】 面对地质教育发展形势和地质工作对高技能地质人才的要求,仅采用现行的本科和中专培养模式显然不能满足培养高技能地质人才的需要。江西应用技术职业学院国土资源调查专业以学院地质工程公司为依托,联合地勘单位,根据行业和社会需求制订专业人才培养方案,按照能力本位要求,以项目为导向,将"校企合作"、"产学结合"贯穿人才培养全过程,实现人才培养模式的改革和创新,构建了"以项目为导向"的人才培养模式。更多还原
