【Abstract】 Achievement evaluation of agent construction manager is an important way to manage agent construction manager market for the development of agent construction management mode.For achievement evaluation which includes five parts: agent behaviors,job achievement and etc.,an index system is built based on the traits of agent construction management jobs and the particularity of agent construction management mode.Achievement evaluation is implemented by using multi-level grey evaluation method.It provides a reliable decision support for selecting a suitable agent construction manager and effectively carrying out incentive mechanism.更多还原
