【摘要】 目的:了解南京市大学生性观念及艾滋病相关态度的现状,评价健康教育效果。方法:采用整群随机抽样方法,对某高校662名大学生进行健康教育干预前后问卷调查。结果:部分大学生对"在校发生性行为、宿舍留宿异性、多性伴"等不因健康教育而有所纠正(P>0.05)。59.8%的大学生对艾滋病病人持同情和关爱态度,78.2%的大学生认可在性行为中使用安全套,与干预前比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,大学生的性观念及艾滋病相关态度得分与性别有关(P<0.01)。结论:干预前后,大学生的正确性观念和对艾滋病的态度由于受到宣传、教育和社会影响已形成。但是在大学生中开展艾滋病健康教育仍有必要,这有助于一部分大学生树立正确的性观念和正确认识艾滋病,对预防艾滋病性病有着积极的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate concept of sex and AIDS relative attitude among college students in Nanjing,and evaluate the effects of health education on AIDS.Methods: With random cluster sampling,662 students were surveyed with an anonymous questionnaire both before and after the health education.Results: After the intervention,part of the students accepted such attitudes as ’sexual intercourse during period of college,accommodating isomerism in dormitories,having multi-sex fellows’ which were not instantly corrected by health education.There were 59.8% of students had well attitude of sympathy and care for AIDS patients,78.2% of students recognized to use condom when they had sexual intercourse,comparing with before health education,statistical significance has not been found(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that scores of attitude of sex and AIDS relative attitude were correlated with different gender(P<0.01).Conclusion: Though attitude of sex and AIDS relative attitude have been formed for college students before and after intervention,carrying out health education on AIDS is still necessary for them to establish the correct attitude of sex and AIDS relative attitude as well as promoting HIV/AIDS prevention further.更多还原
