【摘要】 介绍了低碳马氏体技术的概念、理论、工艺,讨论了低碳马氏体技术分别在模具、调质件、高强度螺栓、铁路铁轨、矿用高强度扁平接链环以及建筑材料中的应用。指出淬火后获得更多甚至全部低碳马氏体组织是提高零部件力学性能、延长零部件使用寿命的关键。

【Abstract】 The concept,theory and process of low carbon martensite technology were introduced.The application of low carbon martensite technology which was used in molds,quenched and tempered steels,high strength bolts,rails,high-strength mineral flat link and building materials was discussed respectively.It was indicated that the low carbon martensite texture obtained by quenching is the key to improve mechanical properties and extend service life of parts and components.
