55SiMnVB钢(M+B_下)混合组织耐磨性研究
Researches on the abrasion resistance of the mixed microstructure in 55SiMnVB steel
【摘要】 通过热处理使链斗式卸料机链条外套筒和销轴用55SiMnVB钢获得不同比例的(M+B下)混合组织。磨损试验表明,55SiMnVB钢在880℃加热、285℃盐浴等温5min淬火,获得(50%M+50%B下)组织时,其磨损量最小,抗磨粒磨损性能最好。
【Abstract】 The different proportions mixed microstructure(M+BL) of chain outer sleeve and dowel in chain bucket discharging machine made of 55SiMnVB steel were obtained by heat treatment.The abrasion experiments show that the microstructure(50%M + 50%BL) can be obtained in the 55SiMnVB steel after heated at 880 ℃ and austempered at 285 ℃ in salt-bath for 5 min,which have the lowest abrasion loss and best abrasion resistance.
