【Abstract】 In this paper,the principle and characteristics of ultrasonic machining technology are introduced.The application situation of ultrasonic machining technology in ceramic material machining in domestic and foreigh are summarized.The potential feasibility of two-dimensional ultrasonic vibration grinding technology used in ceramic manufacturing field are analyzed and estimated,which offer some reference for the development of ultrasonic machining in the future.更多还原
