控冷温度对中碳非调质油井管用钢组织的影响

【摘要】 通过热模拟试验,研究了轧管后控冷温度(TA)对33Mn2V钢再加热后奥氏体晶粒尺寸及其减径后相变行为的影响。结果表明:当TA≥Ar3时,再加热后的奥氏体晶粒将不能被细化;当TA≤Ar1时,再加热后的奥氏体晶粒得到显著细化。当冷速为0.3℃/s,控冷温度为600℃(≥Ar3)时,可获得细小均匀的铁素体和珠光体组织;控冷温度为300℃(≤Ar1)时,得到以铁素体和珠光体为主的组织,但其均匀性较差。

【Abstract】 The influence of controlled cooling temperature(TA) on the austenite grain size after reheating and the phase transformation behavior of steel 33Mn2V designed for non-quenched/tempered hot rolling N80 oil-well tubes was investigated by thermal simulation tests on a Gleblee 1500 simulator.The results indicate that the austenite grain after reheating is not refined when the TA is higher than Ar3,however,the austenite grain is obviously refined when TA is lower than Ar1.The room temperature microstructure of the final product consists of finer ferrite and pearlite when the TA was 600 ℃(≥Ar3) and the cooling rate was 0.3 ℃/s.However,the microstructure is mainly composed of ferrite and pearlite when the TA was 300℃(≤Ar1),but the homogeneity of the constitution is inferior to that of the former.
