多孔介质中稳定泡沫的封堵性能试验研究

【摘要】 利用多孔介质中的流动特性试验,研究了泡沫干度(通过改变液相流速实现)、剪切作用(通过改变气相流速实现)、温度、多孔介质渗透率、含油饱和度等因素对多孔介质中流动泡沫封堵性能的影响及其作用原理,在此基础上对多孔介质中泡沫的封堵机理进行了分析。研究表明,泡沫在多孔介质中的封堵作用实质是气泡在渗流的过程中所承受孔喉结构、障碍物以及其他气泡的剪切作用力的宏观体现,较高的干度和较低的剪切作用时,泡沫的封堵性能最好。

【Abstract】 In order to study the blocking characteristics of flow foams in porous medium, affects of foam quality, shear action, permeability of porous medium, temperature, oil saturation were studied. Blocking mechanism of nitrogen foam was analyzed based on experiment data. The research indicates that the shear stress from pore structure, obstacles and other bubbles is the actual role of foam blocking in porous medium. Blocking effect is the best when the foam has higher quality and lower shear action.
