【Abstract】 Martial art is a kind of sport which is formed with the development of self-defense,technicality of martial art is the most typical skill feature of martial art and stands for as essential attribute.But nowdays the value of martial art’s technicality is being debased continuously,and the function of technicality is altering as well.School,as the special organization of spreading and handling down culture,is the important place to teach and cultivate human.How to make the martial art’s technicality fully penetrated in the process of high school teaching,on the premise of not losing us original essence,how to make the martial art to arouse students’ training interest in order to build and strength the body are worthe thirking and researching.更多还原
