【摘要】 目的探讨厄贝沙坦治疗老年高血压(EH)的作用及对血清肿瘤坏死因子-a和血浆纤溶活性的影响。方法测定高血压患者(n=77)及健康志愿者(n=30)血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制物-1(PAI-1)及组织性纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)活性和血清TN F-a水平。77例高血压患者随机分为2组:非厄贝沙坦组(n=39)给予常规抗高血压药物应用;厄贝沙坦组(n=38)在常规药物治疗基础上加用厄贝沙坦(75~150mg/d),共8周,分别与治疗前后采血测定两组TNF-a水平及PAI-1和tPA活性。结果高血压患者TNF-a水平、PAI-1活性高于健康对照组,tPA活性低于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01;P<0.05)。厄贝沙坦组治疗后TNF-a水平及PAI-1活性明显降低,tPA活性明显升高(P<0.01),非厄贝沙坦组治疗后各指标虽有类似改变,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年高血压患者存在血清TNF-a水平升高及纤溶功能失衡,厄贝沙坦可降低TNF-a水平并改善其纤溶活性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of Irbesartan on fibrinolytic activity and tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a) in patients with essential hypertension(EH).Methods Total 77 EH cases were randomly divided into two groups: conventional treatment group(n=39) which received routine therapy to treat EH for 8 weeks,and irbesartan treatment group(n=38) which received irbesartan 75mg~150mg/d in addition to routine therapy to treat EH for 8 weeks.Another 30 healthy subjects were chosen as control group.The changes of PAI-1,t-PA and TNF-a were observed and detected.Results The levels of TNF-a and PAI-1 activity in EH group were remarkably higher than that in control group(P<0.01),while t-PA activity in EH group wase lower(P<0.05 or 0.01).The levels of TNF-a and activity of PAI-1 decreased significantly,activity of t-PA significantly increased in the irbesartan grop(P<0.01).but they did not change in the routine treatment group.Conclusion Irbesartan could decrease the levels of TNFa and improve the fibrinolitic activity in EH patients.更多还原
