VEGF-C及其受体VEGFR-3在阴茎鳞癌淋巴转移中的作用

【摘要】 目的探讨VEGF-C/VEGFR-3在阴茎鳞癌淋巴道转移中的作用和意义。方法应用SP免疫组织化学技术检测26例阴茎鳞状细胞癌原发灶及18例腹股沟淋巴结转移灶中VEGF-C及VEGFR-3蛋白的表达。结果VEGF-C和VEGFR-3蛋白在阴茎鳞癌中的阳性率(61.5%,53.8%)均显著高于正常阴茎鳞状上皮。VEGF-C和VEG-FR-3蛋白的表达与阴茎癌淋巴结转移呈正相关(P=0.041,P=0.005);与年龄、临床T分期、组织分级、病理类型无相关性(P>0.05)。VEGF-C蛋白的表达与VEGFR-3蛋白的表达呈正相关(P=0.014),阴茎鳞癌原发灶与淋巴结转移灶之间VEGF-C及VEGFR-3的表达有显著性差异(P=0.045,P=0.042)。结论VEGF-C通过受体VEGFR-3在阴茎鳞癌的淋巴道转移中发挥重要作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To identify the function and significance of VEGF-C/ VEGFR-3 system in the lympha-tic metastasis of primary penis squamous cell carcinoma(PSCC).MethodsExpressions of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 in 26 cases with primary penis squamous cell carcinoma and 18 cases of metastastic sites in inguinal lymph nodes were determined by S-P immunohistochemistry.ResultsThe positive rates of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 were significantly higher in PSCC than that in normal penis epithelial lesion(61.5%,53.8%).The expressions of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 were related to lymphatic metastasis of penile carcinoma(P=0.041,P=0.005).They were negatively correlated with age,clinic T stage,histologic grade and pathologic type of PSCC(P>0.05).The expression of VEGF-C was positively related with that of VEGFR-3(P=0.014).The signigicant difference of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 expression was found between primary PSCC and lymphatic metastasis sites(P=0.045,P=0.042).ConclusionVEGF-C could stimulate lymphangiogenesis in PSCC by activating their receptor VEGFR-3,resulting in lymph node metastasis.
