【摘要】 目的探讨胸1椎体上肋凹解剖变异的发生率与影像学表现特点。方法回顾性分析了1564例行颈椎影像学检查的病例,对所有胸1椎体上肋凹出现解剖变异病例的影像学资料进行了仔细的观察、分析和总结。结果1564例接受颈椎影像学检查的病例资料中,胸1椎体上肋凹发生变异的病例共有26例,发生率为16.62‰结论MRI和CT检查是发现胸1椎体上肋凹变异的有效影像学检查方法,其中以冠状位成像最为直观。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To approach the incidence rate and the image manifestations of anatomic variation of the first thoracic vertebra fovea costalis superior.Methods From the retrospective analysis of 1564 cases of cervical vertebra imagings,all the cases with anatomic variation of the first thoracic vertebra fovea costalis superior were observed,and their images were analyzed.Results 26 cases with anatomic variation of the first thoracic vertebra fovea costalis superior were discovered.The incidence rate was 16.62‰.Conclusion MRI and CT are the effective motheds to find out the anatomic variation of the first thoracic vertebra fovea costalis superior,and the coronal imaging is intuitive.更多还原
