【摘要】 目的:通过观察骨康含药血清对成骨细胞BMP-2表达的影响,探讨其治疗骨质疏松症的作用机制。方法:将6只大白兔随机分为3组:正常血清组、骨康含药血清组和雌二醇含药血清组,分别将血清添加入体外分离、培养的成骨细胞,每组8个样本,采用酶联免疫吸附法,检测成骨细胞BMP-2的表达。结果:骨康含药血清组BMP-2含量显著低于空白对照组(P<0.05),骨康含药血清组与雌二醇含药血清组BMP-2的含量无明显差异。结论:在去势状态下,骨康可能通过促进BMP-2的分泌,达到治疗骨质疏松症的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Through observing the effect of Gukang drug serum on the expression of BMP-2 in osteoblasts of rats,to probe its mechanism in treating osteoporosis.Methods: Six white rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups: normal serum group,Gukang drug serum group,estrodiol drug serum group.The serum was respectively added into the osteoblasts isolated and cultured in vitro,8 samples each for group.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the expression of BMP-2.Results: The content of BMP-2 in Gukang drug serum group was lower than that of the blank control group(P<0.05).There didn’t exit significant difference between the contents of BMP-2 in Gukang drug serum group and estrodiol drug serum group.Conclusion: In the castrated condition,Gukang may reach the purpose of curing osteoporosis by promoting the secretion of BMP-2.更多还原
