【摘要】 采用扫描电镜观测月见草花粉形态,以月见草及其花粉提取液对白鼠的血糖、血脂、血栓含量及血小板聚集率的作用进行了研究.结果表明:月见草及其花粉提取液具有明显降低白鼠的血糖、血脂含量的作用(P<0.01),并能抑制体外血栓形成及血小板的聚集率.月见草及其花粉提取液的药用机理与其富含的γ-亚麻酸(GLA)息息相关.更多还原

【Abstract】 We observed the Oenothera biennis’s pollen morphology by the scanning electron microscope and made the test to examining the white rat’s content of blood sugar,lipemia,and thrombus and to assembling ratio of blood platelet in Oenothera biennis and the pollen distilling liquid.The results indicated that the Oenothera biennis and the pollen pick-up liquid reduced obviously the white rat’s content of blood sugar and lipemia(P<0.01)and inhibited the formation of thrombus and ratio of assembling blood platelet in the external’s laboratory.The Oenothera biennis and the pollen pick-up liquid’s medicine effective mechanism was closely linked with the rich γ-flax acid.更多还原
