凹凸棒石黏土和高钙灰对碱矿渣类胶凝材料强度和收缩性能的影响
Effect of paligorskite and high calcium fly ash on the strength and shrinkage of alkali-slag-fly ash cement
【摘要】 研究了凹凸棒石黏土和高钙灰对碱激发矿渣粉煤灰胶结材(简写为K-SF)强度和收缩性能的影响,试验结果表明掺入5%煅烧原矿凹土可提高K-SF的28d抗压强度10.4%,但对K-SF的收缩没有明显影响,掺入高钙灰不仅提高了K-SF的强度约15%,还显著降低了其收缩72%,收缩值为1.353 13 mm/m。
【Abstract】 The effect of paligorskite and high calcium fly ash on the strength and shrinkage of alkali-slag-fly ash cement(K-SF) has been investigated.The result shows that the 28days’ compression strength can be increased by 10.4% with 5% calcined paligorskite mixed;Mixing into high calcium fly ash not only increased strength by 15% but also reduced shrinkage significantly to 1.35mm/m by 72%.
