注射用水飞蓟宾的制剂研究

【摘要】 对注射用水飞蓟宾的制剂进行研究.水飞蓟宾和葡甲胺分别于水浴温度为82℃下以无水乙醇溶解,混合两相溶液于45℃下旋转回收无水乙醇得水飞蓟宾葡甲胺(物质的量的比为1∶1)复合物,此复合物与葡甲胺共同溶于水中制成含水飞蓟宾葡甲胺复合物20 mg/mL,葡甲胺10 mg/mL的药液,药液进行冻干.试验证明此制剂方法在实际生产中可行.

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the preparation of silybin for injection.Silybin and meglumine is dissolved in anhydrate ethanol at 82 ℃,respectively.The compound of silybin-meglumine(1∶1) is obtained by recycling the anhydrate ethanol in the mixture of the two solutions above at 45 ℃.The solution is obtained by mixing the compound(1∶1) and meglumine in water,the concentration of silybin-meglumine(1∶1)compound is 20 mg/mL and the concentration of meglumine is 10 mg/mL.The solution above is freeze-dried.The experiment indicate that the medicine preparation method is feasible.
