【Abstract】 This paper begins with brief description of C8051F020 series monolithic microprocessors and the basic idea about development of intelligent instruments on the basis of these microprocessors,and then introduces a microwave measurement system used to measure the flaming characteristics of special substances which is a primary radar system operating in Ka,Ku and X bands based on C8051F020 series monolithic microprocessors.The composition,operating principle and engineering implementation are given out.更多还原
