【摘要】 目的:观察长期卧床病人使用自制减压床垫的效果。方法:随机选取37例卧床病人使用自制减压床垫进行护理观察。结果:适用于昏迷病人的平卧位、侧卧位。有效预防了剪切力和直接压力给病人带来的损伤。结论:37例卧床病人应用自制减压床垫有效预防压疮的发生,并减轻护理工作量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the use of home-made bed-ridden patients vacuum mattress.Methods:37 patients were randomly selected to use home-made bed-ridden patients vacuum mattress care for observation.Results:Apply to the patient’s coma-Lateral Horizontal,lateral position.Effective in preventing the shear stress to the patient and direct pressure brought about by injury.Conclusions:37 cases of bed-ridden patients vacuum self-made mattresses effective in preventing the occurrence of pressure sores,and reduce the workload of care.更多还原
