【摘要】 产业集群问题是近年来国内外学者关注的区域经济问题之一,发展产业集群是辽宁省高新技术产业发展区向纵深发展的必由之路,同时也是改造传统产业、振兴东北老工业基地关键所在。辽宁省的7个高新技术开发区虽然几年来成绩不菲但在产业结构、科研力量、政府行为、自主创新等方面还存在一些问题。在阐述辽宁产业集群现状及分析产业集群优势和制约因素的基础上,从政府层面和企业层面提出辽宁产业集群升级措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The theme of industrial clusters is mentioned about by domestic and foreign scholars in recent years,the development of industrial clusters is the only way to develop High-tech Industrial Development Zone for Liaoning Province,at the same time,it is the key factor to transform traditional industries and revitalizing the northeast old industrial bases.Although 7 High-tech Development Zone in Liaoning Province gained some results,but there still exists some problems in industry structure,scientific research strength,the government’s actions,independent innovation,etc.Based on the illustration of status quo and advantage of Liaoning industrial clusters,this paper brought forward the upgrading measures for Liaoning industrial clusters.更多还原
