【摘要】 目的:筛选一株优良的抗生素产生菌。方法:通过紫外线进行诱变处理筛选抗性突变株。结果:得到一种抗生素合成能力强的L-亮氨酸产生菌NO.145。结论:此方法可合成人们所期望的抗生素。

【Abstract】 Objective:To select breeding a excellent L-Leucine generator becteria.Methods:We waver the system formerly by Ultraviolet radiation.Results:To get a mutant of L-Leucine No.145 which antibiotics ability is hard.Con- clusion:This method may compose the generous which pepole expect.
