甲苯歧化与C9芳烃烷基转移过程软测量模型的应用

【摘要】 在已建立的芳烃转化过程机理模型及其离线模拟研究的基础上,针对国内工业甲苯歧化与C9芳烃烷基转移装置,进一步研究了过程软测量模型的在线应用。合理地简化了过程模型,采用基于偏差的模型参数提出模型参数在线更新策略解决软测量模型的老化问题。该策略通过计算重要组分浓度偏差,与设定值进行比较,若大于设定值则重新选取新的数据进行预测。然后将软测量模型应用于工业装置,在线预测关键组分的浓度分布。结果表明在操作条件较大的变化范围内,在线预测趋势和预测精度均令人满意。

【Abstract】 On the basis of the developed kinetic model for toluene disproportionation and transalkylation with C9-aromatics and its research of off-line simulation,the study about on-line application of the model was carried out aiming at domestic industrial unit in the paper.The kinetic model was simplified for real-time computation and the strategy on parameters on-line updating was applied to prevent model aging.The strategy was that counting the error of important components,and comparing with set point,if the error was more than the set point,new data would be chosen.Then the model was put in practice to commercial unit to predict concentration distribution of key compositions in the reaction system and the result shows that trend and precision of predictions are satisfied in wide range of operating conditions.
