【Abstract】 The characteristic parameters of CdZnTe detector were simulated by Monte Carlo method with the analysis skills of energy deposition and spectrum calculated.The relationship between different crys- tal sizes of CdZnTe detector and detector effidency with diverse incident energy of photon was obtained.
