一种新型传感器的圆环检测算法研究

【摘要】 在工业测量领域中,测量精度是尤为关键的指标,旋转对称三角传感器可以将物体的测距转化为测量成像圆环的半径。文章针对旋转对称三角传感器得到的圆环图像,在快速定位圆心和半径的基础上,利用亚像素定位技术,在亚像素级别进一步精确检测出圆心和半径;选择合适的亚像素算法建立适当的目标函数,圆环检测问题最终被归结为多参数无约束优化计算问题;介绍了用于圆环检测的3种优化算法,并通过实验分析比较3种优化算法的检测精度和性能。

【Abstract】 The measurement precision is a very important factor in industrial measurement.In rotationally symmetric triangulation,the incident laser point will be imaged to a ring,so the displacement of the object will be presented by the radius of the ring.The paper considers the ring image gotten by the rotationally symmetric triangulation sensor,and on the basis of fast location of the center of the ring and the radius,the center of the ring and the radius can be detected in the sub-pixel class more accurately by using the sub-pixel location technique.Some sub-pixel algorithms are adopted to create appropriate target functions,and then ring detection is converted into a multi-parameter optimization problem.Three optimization algorithms for ring detection are introduced.The detection precision and performance of the three optimization algorithms are analyzed through the experiment.
