【Abstract】 In the developing process of mobile communication in big and medium-sized cities,network jamming happens,especially in the downtown district,for the contradiction between the user amount and the frequency resources increases unceasingly.But the base stations in these areas are relatively concentrated,and it is quite difficult to construct new base stations,so new technology must be developed.The concentric cell technology is an effective method for solving this difficult problem.Selecting an optimal radius of the overlay cell and adopting a closer multiplying way may help to raise the channel use rate and optimize the system capacity.更多还原
