纳米晶α-Ga2O3:Eu3+的制备与发光性质研究

【摘要】 利用共沉淀法制备纳米晶α-Ga2O3:Eu3+发光粉体.对不同掺杂浓度、不同煅烧温度的系列样品,均观测到Eu3+的室温强特征发射.样品的晶相与发射性质的研究表明,所制备的样品经600℃到950℃热处理后,晶相为三方相;最佳的掺杂浓度为2%,特征峰613nm(5D0→7F2)最强;能量传递主要是电荷转移(CTB).

【Abstract】 The luminescent powders of nanocrystalline α-Ga2O3:Eu3+were prepared by co-precipitation method.The room temperature sharp characteristic emiss of Eu3+ were observed for the samples with different sintering temperatures and doped concentrations.The crystalline phases and luminescent properties of the samples were studied.The results show that the samples is the thombohedral phase as it were sintered from 600 ℃ to 950 ℃.The effect of the doped Eu3+ concentration on the fluorescence emission intensity was discussed.The optimum concentration for the luminescence Eu3+ is determined to be 2% for the thombohedral structure.There exists an efficient energy transfer from Ga2O3 host lattices to:Eu3+ in α-Ga2O3:Eu3+.Mainly depending on charge transfer.
