某火炮供弹系统的模块化设计研究
A modularized method for designing artillery shell-feeding systems
【摘要】 为了进一步提高火炮供弹系统的主要性能指标,加快研发速度,运用模块化设计理论,提出了供弹系统模块划分的角度与原则,对其进行了功能分析和功能模块划分,完成了对各模块的结构设计和封装研究,提出一套新型供弹方案:存储模块储弹、单线扬弹模块扬弹、双向摆弹模块摆弹.应用有限状态机理论,对供弹时序进行仿真研究,通过对原理样机试验研究表明此方案可提高火炮的供弹速率,实现快速更换弹种.
【Abstract】 Application of modularized design in the design of artillery will speed up the development of modern artillery.In this paper,using modularized design theory,we proposed the principles to guide how to divide the modules of shell-feeding system,then the functional analysis and division of functional modules were discussed.The structural design for individual module and encapsulation of all designed modules were completed.A set of new shell-feeding scheme was presented,including shell-storage module,a single shell hoisting module,and a bidirectional shell swing module.Simulation study for shell feeding sequence was conducted by using finite state machine theory.Experimental study on prototype showed that the proposed scheme can speed up the shell-feeding speed and make quick change of different shell categories.
