【摘要】 我国现代农业产业技术体系建设是一项重大的制度创新、机制创新和管理创新。就我国现代农业产业技术体系建设的必要性及意义、产业体系建设的基本框架、产业体系功能实验室科学家岗位职责及产业体系建设与发展进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 Construction of the modern agricultural industry technology system was an important system innovation,mechanism and management innovation.The necessity,significance and the basic framework of the system,particularly the post responsi-bilities of scientists in the function laboratory was discussed.
