【摘要】 分别于春夏两季用不同浓度的NaClO处理苎麻的不同部位后,对分离出来的内生真菌的数量和种类进行分析。结果发现,NaClO浓度的改变对所分离内生真菌的种类无影响,但对菌株生长有显著影响。用NaClO作消毒试剂的最佳处理浓度和时间分别为2.5%和10～15 min,筛选得到了两株有较强抗菌活性的曲霉。更多还原

【Abstract】 Multiple treatment methods were conducted to isolate,cultivate and purify the endophytic fungi from various parts of Boehmeria mvea Gaud.All the isolates were partly identified.The different seasons and concentration of sodium hypochlorite to various plant tissues were studied.The result of the antimicrobial assay to some strains of them showed that the secondary metabolites of two stains had preferable antagonistic action against some pathogenic microbe.更多还原
