番茄花药培养研究进展

【摘要】 对番茄花药培养中基因型、小孢子发育、培养基种类、碳源、激素种类和配比、添加物、预处理和培养条件等方面的国内外研究概况和进展做了综述。

【Abstract】 This paper summarizes research situation and progress of genotypes,microspores development,media types,carbon source,hormone,additives,pretreatment and culture conditions on anther culture of tomato all of the world.
