【摘要】 在对中国热带农业科学院椰子研究所土地利用现状调查分析的基础上,指出当前土地管理工作中存在土地被占用和土地界桩丢失等问题。提出制订土地利用总体规划,优化土地利用结构,加大对被占用土地的解决力度,加强对界桩丢失地界点的重新核定工作,提高土地管理水平;加强对林地的开发利用和更新修复工作、提高土地利用率等今后土地管理工作设想,以深化土地管理,提高土地利用水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the investigation and analysis of the land use status of Coconut Research Institute,problems in current land management such as land occupied and land boundary markers loss were pointed out.To deepen land management and improve land utilization level,the work assumption were put forward,such as formulating land utilization overall plan,optimizing land use structure,taking full attention to the occupied land,and rechecking the boundary points where the markers lost to improve the level of land management,and developing and regenerating forest land to improve land utilization rate.更多还原
