【Abstract】 In order to discuss the mechanism of regulating immune functions and metabolism of Chinese traditional medicine additive ’lvyikang’ to European eel serum,the European eel was randomly divided into four groups and were fed with Chinese traditional medicine at the concentration of 1‰,2‰,3‰ and with 20 mg/kg flavomycin,respectively.The contain of serum interferon,glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT) and glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT) of the different treatments was determined.Results showed that the control gorup was different from the experiment groups significantly.The Chinese traditional medicine additive ’lvyikang’could regulate immune functions and metabolism of European eel.The optimum rate was 2‰.更多还原
