【摘要】 目前我国高校知识产权管理中主要存在知识产权保护和管理意识淡薄;管理机构不健全,管理制度不严格;管理经费不足,科技成果转化率低;知识产权人才缺乏,知识产权流失严重等问题,对此我们提出了相应的对策,这些对策包括大力强化高校知识产权保护与管理意识;建立健全高校知识产权管理机构;加大资金投入,建立有效激励机制;加强人才培养,打造高素质知识产权队伍等。更多还原
