L-甲基多巴的合成工艺改进

【摘要】 以3,4-二甲氧基苯丙酮为原料,经Strecker反应得到(3’,4’-二甲氧基苯基)-2-氨基-2-甲基丙腈,然后用L-酒石酸拆分得到L-(3’,4’-二甲氧基苯基)-2-氨基-2-甲基丙腈盐酸盐,再经水解、脱甲基得到目标产物L-甲基多巴,收率为50.4%。

【Abstract】 (3’,4’-dimethoxybezenphenyl)-2-amino-2-methyl propiononitrile prepared from 3,4-dimethoxy-phenylacetone through strecker reaction,was resolved by using L-tartaric acid as a resolution agent to afford L-(3’,4’-dimethoxybezenphenyl)-2-amino-2-methyl hydrochloride,which was then hydrolyzed to got final product L-methyldopa.The total yield was 50.4 %.
