【Abstract】 Objective:To study the application and value of female genitalia in taxonomic examination of Chinese Culex mosquitoes.Methods:Female genitalia of 52 species of Chinese Culex mosquitoes were dissected and glass-slices of the specimens were prepared,on which a comparative analysis was conducted.Results:A key of Culex mosquitoes based on female genitalia characteristics was summarized.Conclusion:The female genitalia exhibit good characteristics for distinguishing of some species groups and subgenera of genus Culex in China.更多还原
