【摘要】 目的:了解我区医院各级护理人员"三基"理论、操作水平。方法:抽查66家医院共2790人进行"三基"理论考试,330人进行临床操作考试,结果用SPSS11.0统计学软件进行分析。结果:不同等级医院相同职称层次、同一等级医院不同职称层次护理人员之间理论考试不合格率有统计学差异(P<0.01);操作考试不合格率无统计学差异(P>0.01)。结论:医院应采取多种方式提高护士"三基"培训效果,提升护理服务质量,保障病人安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: This study aimed to inform the nursing basic theory andoperation condition. Methods: 2 790 nurses in 66 hospitals were selected to attend thebasic theory examination and 330 attend the clinical operation examination. SPSS11.0software was used to analyze the data. Results: The failure rate of the theory examinationwas different in different hospital levels and different technical titles in the same levelhospital, which showed a statistical and significant difference (P<0.01). The failurerate of the operation had no statistical and significant difference (P>0.01). Conclusion:The hospital should implemented many ways to improve the training effect of the basictheory and operation so as to improve the nursing quality and ensure the patients’safety.更多还原
