绿宝70天菜心细胞核不育系转育研究
Study on transformation breeding of cell nuclear sterile line in Lvbao70 day Brassica campestris
【摘要】 以法45大白菜核不育系为不育源,通过常规杂交的方法,向绿宝70天菜心转育核不育基因,初步转育成绿宝70天菜心细胞核不育系、甲型两用系和临时保持系。
【Abstract】 Genetic male sterile gene was transferred from French 45 hot-resistance(a source of male sterility) Chinese cabbage to "Lvbao70 day flowering Chinese cabbage(Brassica campestris L.ssp.Chinensis var.utilis Tsen et Lee)" through conventional hybrid,flowering Chinese cabbage.At the same time,new AB lines type I,temporary maintainers and male sterile lines were obtained on the transferred progenies derived from "lvbao70day" flowering Chinese cabbage.
