【摘要】 隧道渗漏水是目前国内高等级公路中普遍存在的病害,这种病害往往与拱部二衬背后空洞和衬砌质量等问题密切相关。由于鲘门隧道病害的特殊性,传统的空洞灌注水泥砂浆方法受时间和工程造价限制,不能根本解决隧道渗漏水及其引发的稳定性等问题。鲘门隧道病害整治工程施工的实践表明,采用特殊的轻质土灌注设备和仰灌工艺可以有效将轻质土用于隧道空洞填筑。结合自钻中空锚杆锚注技术和混凝土喷射技术,可以取得良好的隧道病害整治效果和经济效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Water leakage in the advanced tunnels is the common disease existed in China,which usually goes with holes behind the secondary lining and the quality defects of secondary lining.With the particularity of the diseased structures,the conventional method to grout cement mortar into the holes and the leakage stoppage may lead to a long duration and the high cost,which is impossible to solve the stable problem and the water leakage thoroughly.Through the construction for the disease treatment of Houmen tunnel,the practice shows that the light soil could be used to the filling of tunnel caverns by using the innovative equipments for light soil grouting and the face-upward grouting technique.Combining the bolting-injection technique and the shotcrete technique,the disease treatment of tunnel could get the good effect and the low cost.更多还原
